CENSUS participated at the first BSides Athens event, with a presentation from our researcher George Chatzisofroniou entitled "Getting the most out of Evil Twin with wifiphisher". In his presentation, George showed practical examples of how the popular wifiphisher tool can be used to conduct
successful wifi phishing attacks during penetration tests. As the tool's lead developer, George also provided pointers on features that are planned to be incorporated to the tool in its next release.

At the 12:30 session, CENSUS researcher Ioannis Stais delivered a short presentation entitled “Side Channel Leaks in Mobile Applications”, describing different types of information leaks occurring during the use of standard APIs in today’s mobile apps.

At the 12:00 session, our director of Security Testing services Mr Nikolaos Tsagkarakis delivered
a short presentation entitled “Security By Design”, explaining the importance of designing systems with security in mind.
CENSUS researchers Nikolaos Naziridis and Zisis Sialveras have recently
on knowledge-based evolutionary fuzzing, at
2015 in Moscow, Russia. The talk introduced a cross-platform evolutionary
fuzzing framework, that will be released as a free and open-source tool.
